You're not alone! A lot of women don't prioritize themselves either. But our face is the first thing people see and we all feel more confident when we look our best (whatever that means to you) :)

Not only do men not need facials, women don't need them either. They're just nice to have. Using medical jargon alongside subjective measures like "dullness" is good marketing but otherwise not meaningful. It is interesting that folks newly brightened and cleansed skin will then paint over it with makeup. One thing painting does is fill in all the little dips, holes and pores of a wall. Saying massage feels good is totally true and I respect it. Saying that everyone needs it for pseudomedical reasons is not.

Uhhh skin doesn't cleanse itself it will breakout and be oily darker and odorous unless u cleanse it with basic facials

Also how is "need" a medical term ? Lot of skincare items are dermatologically recommended so we do "need" them atleast as adults

Psychiatric medicine 60+ years ago claimed immersion therapy cured gay people! Lets not believe everything Dr's say now. Wash cloth and soap can clean your face and probably save you some money too.
