💯 Unwilling to put in the effort required to build genuine self esteem (by doing the basics, like meditation/prayer, eating right, getting exercise, pursuing goals/hobbies, daily affirmations, etc)… malignant NPD's gain their fake AF sense of self worth by crushing/collapsing the self worth of others.

Some of these “men” are pathetic. They always group up with others or have a plus one to co-sign whatever garbage they’re spewing about their target. As one of the other commenter mentioned, you got to remain extremely stoic, otherwise the psychological warfare will cripple you if you’re caught off guard.
