You can use Mesa or Volt to nuke everything before they even get close enough to hit the mallet from Octavia, more effort since you need to do something but it's way faster.

Nahh Mesa is lowest effort, if you just stand on the edge of the map you can get 90 kills in 24 seconds, easiest granum void ever

I just really dislike the fact that you lose all health and energy gained while it is active. That way using it while not at max everything will just suck imo. Grabbing 200 energy worth of orbs before deactivating and that is 200 doen the drain. Plus Ive been killed a few too many times during the knockdown for comfort (though did not use handspring when I prob shouldve)

What said by The Knight + the issue that you want to always seek for enemies. Her 4 is so annoying that you basically clear the room, go to the next one, but then you get rewinded and you have to go to that room again. It is also unusable on exterminations or any other mission with a constantly moved active points.

@@XCanG If you hold 4 you can cancel the ability and it won't rewind you

@@RashFever26 Well, while I know that, I still not expect if I get able to do the job or not, because if I cancel it too early, I just waste 100 energy for nothing and get back to old position and wouldn't be able to use accumulated damage, etc. But if I on the other hand not able to reach enemies and get rid of them, then it's a time waste. Because sometimes I have time to nuke 2 rooms and head to 3rd, sometimes only one, sometimes enemies get sloppy or just play with hide and seek and even within one room I didn't clear it. It's always *not nice* to get back to an outdated position where is no enemies around. Because of just that this ability is trash for regular warframe gameplay loop.

@@RashFever26 On my mind there is only one game that handle time travel really nice and it doesn't interrupt your gameplay loop: The Prince of Persia: Sands of Time. If there is others, I may be just didn't play them or it executed poorly as well.

@@Someonedid911 which one? Octavia? Volt? Mesa? Equinox? Gauss? Nova? any frame using null stars? I mean, i said "almost every nuke frame" i think the only one that i can think doesn't work is Saryn because she takes some time to build dmg with her spores, Equinox it's more of the same but if you're actually killing with the Xoris you should be able to nuke a lot of enemies with Equinox in some point. I don't think Mirage can do that either since she need the enemy droping stuff so she can use her 2, and if i'm not wrong they don't drop ammo for example. But like i said, which one? If you don't have any nuke frame, are you even playing this game at all?

Equilibrium litterally swaps health and energy orbs. So the red orbs will give energy and energy only and vice versa for energ, orbs giving health only. If you do not have full energy, you can pick up health orbs all day long.

@@spiritofsound8469 equilibrium doesn't swap the orbs function, it simply add health to energy and energy to health, the only reason you can pick it up is with synth mod, who tf you get the idea it swapped from

Other downside is grenade fan is bugged as shit, and half the time you cast it, it collides in front of your face on nothing.

Appreciate this! I do generally say in my videos that they are just templates and anyone can change whatever they want to suit their playstyle. This build her with gloom has done me wonders I haven't truly tested out her 4th so I actually didn't know this so thank you I appreciate the advice !

@@WarframeFlo to get her 4 to nuke optimally, you want a grouping tool (Such as Airburst) and a tool to deal absurd damage in one shot (Extremely strong heavy attack melee, Arca Titron’s bonus slam damage, or Exodia Contagion). Activate 4, group enemies, hit them with your high damage attack, and if all goes well your 4 will now be charged with millions of damage to then be sent back out amongst every enemy in range. Her passive and dispensary (Providing unlimited energy for low efficiency builds) is what makes many Helminth combos possible, as it drastically inflates her power strength. Three interesting combos: Pillage (Can reach 100% strip at an easy 400% strength and can expand to over 100m radius with enough duration) Larva (Group enemies for blaze artillery to instantly skyrocket its damage) Petrify (Use with the Ore Gaze augment to basically give Protea a better Desecrate)

Use it at level 0, the heat effect of the mod doesnt scale woth level, only the health it provides , wich is useless in shield gating builds, also do not use any augur mods or biref respite on her for these mods will force the default shield gating timer of 1,3 seconds instead of the full 3 seconds shield gate her satelites provide, use constitution for duration, also if u use primed heated charge and primed expel or regular expel the faction u r up against, hit enemies with it first, and then the turrets, this way the turrets dmg will inheret the bane bonus and double dip in the heat dots

IF you can afford to level it, its stil worth putting a few in, it adds a bit of healthpool, Just prevents you from dying to a random toxin before you can hit rolling guard when you move through maps on high lvl areas and there is a toxin mob right behind a door.

Dont think its a bug, just that an ability restores a bit of shields instantely, stopping the shield gate and then you get the "normal" shield gate from not full shields which is abysmal. Didnt know until reading some comments, so now I have to look at my build to see if I have any of those mods and what I prefer. (Shield gen vs 3s shield gate)

And here I am maining both, and Wisp. Between the three I do everything I needa / wanna do. Pretty sure a lot of Octavia's low radar is because you have to optimize a mandachord and have high duration and range or she feels unplayable, and then she's also a very obnoxious farm.

I remember when I farmed her in 2020 I tried to get the last part for her. That was hell, but a few days after I did it. But my first Kuva Lich stoke that foking part and after that long farm I needed to destroy Lich which I never did before. That In complex was the most hard and emotional farming experience in Warframe for me. But it was worth it, now Protea is one of my mains
