For those of us with no intention of spending 3k+ on top of an already expensive bike, the Talaria is a no-brainer.

There's literally no limit to the upgrades for Talaria. Anything you can do to a Surron can be done to a Talaria. The gearbox is way better than any belt or chain you have on a Surron as well.

I bet you like over 50% of the stuff that works for Surin will work for telaria because they pretty much are very similar and it was someone who worked at Surron is the person who designed the sting

The reason the talaria sting r is the king is because you don’t have to upgrade it. It got good pegs, a peg brace, an awesome motor, it’s got a good battery. It got everything in stock form that an upgraded surron has (almost).

Awesome video man. Sold my Harley and bought 2 Sur Rons in 2020 for my wife and I to take camping. Have not made a single upgrade but the bikes are still incredible. Talaria is a great but my 2 stock Sur Rons are perfect for the riding we do 🤙🏼

I think for me the ebike world has like 3 or 4 main option/styles of ebike spheres. 1- basic bicycles with either conversion kits or pre made that are anywhere from 750-1500w max normally rocking hailong batteries and overall a lot of people baby step in. 2-Enduro/Stealth Bomber DIY bikes this is the field of everyone who starts wanting the better aesthetics, juiced up anywhere from 3000w-12000w and huge expand ability at a moderate price, overall I think this is where people who don’t want to invest in a Sur Ron/talaria/Revv1/Super73..etc. 3- The premade beast/potential beast category this is where you get to the Sudo motorcycle/full dirtbike category the Sur Ron,Talaria,Solar E-Clipse etc.. 4- this is the category where you start to question the cost and overall purpose of these things aka $10K+ upgraded Sur-Ron, Sondors Metacycle, Huck Cycle Rebel S etc these are bikes that are in the motorcycle range of speed cost lots of money but get to a point where you have to ask why not just get a good electric motorcycle at this high price range. I know everyone has their personal preference but I feel like once your spending more than say 5K on a electric bike/dirtbike I think you really have to start questioning “what about the upgrades or base specs of the bike is making it worth it?”

Looking at the lbx, sting r and the kuberg ranger myself, so I can join the kids on there bikes, any recommendations on the 3 people pro's v cons?

I had a surron last year and sold it.. got a 2023. Wondering. Does any one know . my belt seems ok but does seem a little tight when rolling slow.. should i adjust it or just let it break itself in? . The slack seems fine and sounds fine with a little speed. Just when im Barley rolling has a little noise that kinda makes a wawa sound lol.. if that makes sense.. my question is. Does the belt stretch after a little time? I'm thinking it's fine and just break it in a little longer. Thanks for any advice ✌ kinda new to the surron. But mainly i don't have good tools or mechanic skills so i would have to take it in for almost anything beyond basic maintenance

I’d say get one. If you want one and have the money get one. I’m a SurRon rider myself and I absolutely love my bike. It’s my only thing I ride daily now. I spend less hours playing games now and more ridding my SurRon!

I got my Sur Ron X exactly one year ago today and it is down due to smoke coming out of the speed controller simply due to falling over at 10mph. I've looked extensively through all of the wiring to make sure there are no shorts and can't find anything. It all looks brand new. I'm afraid to purchase another speed controller and smoking it as well. Any advice? Does Luna offer any warranty or anything? I am so bummed.

is it possible to just by the like frame and chasie of one of these bikes without any of the upgradeable parts and then get all the bespoke parts you want from the jump?

Gotta try out the velimotors vmx08. All carbon fiber frame so it's lighter than the surrons even with bigger 72 volt 40 ah battery, comes 72 volt stock, fully street legal, Regen brakes, alarm, and weighs 105 lbs.

What would you prefer? Your custom Razor mx650 or your custom rsf650. I’m asking because I’m trying to decide myself
