TOFU VS. TEMPEH

Both are a complete, soy based protein. Let’s be clear, BOTH are a very healthy option and a staple in a well balanced, plant-based diet. In this example, I am using extra-firm tofu. Different textures of tofu can slightly vary in their nutritional value.

Tempeh is a higher fiber, higher protein option. While tofu has slightly less protein and less fiber. Mix it up and get a good variety of both complete proteins! 🌱
