@Jacob Tratnyek there probably would be no hellcat if it weren't for the Terminator, the Terminator Cobra has come to revolutionize the American muscle cars being one of the first and greatly built American pony/sports car to come supercharged from factory. Again there probably wouldn't be any camaros or chargers, challengers and others because all those competitors came in after Ford's success with the mustang to compete in that field.

Cole Jones those do sound great but after the 4th gen they didn’t have that same sound that they did with the older muscle cars. Personally I’m not a huge fan of the new GT500 but the 5.4 and 5.8 were amazing sounding

Theres some out by me but they're still going for like 25k with 100k on them. I found one with 18k miles on it for 32500, bone stock, sonic blue. Im kicking myself for not getting one years ago before they all got wrecked or thrashed and then overpriced for resale

Did you forget about the 07-14 gt500? Those cars can make big power with very simple mods its even easier than it is in a terminator to make big power with simple mods. Blower swap + bigger injectors + boost a pumps on the stock twin pumps they can make 800+ rwhp with the right supporting mods and fuel etc. They're very similar to the cobra just better. The only area the cobra exceeds the gt500 is the stock rods. The rods are better on the cobra but the gt500 is no slouch and is proven to make 800+ on stock motor ecspecially the earlier iron block cars which seem to hold up better at elevated power levels. The 07-09 gt500 can gain 150-175 rwhp from just bolt ons with the stock blower still in place. So no the hellcat isn't the only car since the 03 cobra that can gain big power with simple mods. The rods are the only thing stock powertrain wise that is better than the gt500 when it comes to the cobra. The trans is better on the gt500 and it comes with a stock 26 splin input unlike the 10 spline that comes in the t56 the cobra has. It has a solid axle which holds up better to big power in stock form vs the irs in the cobra. They have a larger 5.4/5.8 with better heads same heads the ford gt had and they have better stock blowers the m122 from 07-12 is better than the m112 on the cobra and the 2.3 tvs on the 13-14 is even better and easily swapped to earlier 5.4 cars for like 1500 bucks for 100+ whp gain without even trying. The bang for the buck is off the charts on the shelbys. People act like 13-14 is the only good one that could not be further from the truth. It's better equipped stock but a blower swap is all it takes to get the earlier cars comparable to 13-14 for alot less money. Just throwing that out there.
