The 2023 draft was way worse, bro. Not even a single person has played even a hundred games in the NHL from that class. Bust city.

I can't belive how underrated Zetterberg was. Here in sweden he was an absolute super star at the time of the draft. He was seen as a new Sundin/Forsberg kind of player. Love the content dude 🙂

worst draft in history ? Yep I think it certainly is being this tough on the teams isn't fair because there just wasn't much to take from this draft. its the players themselves that really stunk so everyone was worthless but a handful of guys even the 1st over was a real disappointment. It had a lot to do with desire and less to do with ability in most of the cases since as you point out a lot of them just didn't stay in hockey at any level very long after their draft year. Not many 20 year minor league/european league careers
