He explains each way private money lenders, also known as Gators, make money through different transaction scenarios. Wholesalers need earnest money and double closing funding, fix-and-flip and BRRRR investors need purchase price money, rehab money, and other private money, and who can provide that money? Gators! They can also act as private money partners (PMPs) that provide money and get equity of a deal in exchange!
He also discusses what Gators get access to upon joining the community: corporate credit training, access to capital, and even access to Pace’s capital! Gators don’t have to cold call, pull lists, follow up with buyers and sellers, or have any sales experience. Pace emphasizes that SubTo students FIND the deals and Gators FUND the deals.

Hey Pace I got a suggestion here what if someone buys a multi apartment complex for passive income that they put their income into a ULA Account from the income stream of wealth from the Apartment complex then they can borrow from the ULA Account, but I see it if they borrow from the interest payments....

Great video Pace, just to be brief i was recently laid off from my tech sales job 3 days ago which is was honestly a blessing in disguise because i being micromanaged and just felt like an outsider based on principles and core values. Now ill get to start fresh at another company because i enjoy sales. I say all of this because with my short time at the company I've stashed away almost 20k with another 6k coming in so i have no problem putting up 1-3k emd on a deal to net a 50-100% ROI. What would be the best course of action
