This is the truth. I wouldn’t believe it if I didn’t see it. I see it. I’m near her now and I spent 48 hours with her and our daughter. I feel terrible for our daughter because her mother’s energy that in emanating is very toxic. It kills me inside to see her mother focused on her smart phone and the broken relationships she just got out of, I bare as of taking care of the emotional health of our little one. People, it’s real! NRCs are absolutely evil and possessed and if you can go no contact that is the only way to heal. I’m in the court system now and getting rights to our daughter where I don’t have to curry favor with an impossible person to be able to spend time with my loved one. Children are innocent and it’s up to us to protect them especially from highly toxic people! You can do this! Welcome to the community. Kind & respectful people do not manipulate others....if you can smell a rat - be sure you have found one. After 37 years of mind boggling manipulation, I woke up. I smelt a rat very, very early on. I waited, & waited for partner to change. in retrospect I think I was playing the martyr- I waited for the kids to grow up , so they could see who their narcissistic parent was. I valued the kids bond , & I didn't want to break the family up. And finally nasty spouse realised I had worked them out and fled. It took a couple of years to recover fully, & the kids are thriving ,happy adults who now seet who & what narc parent is. Narcissistic parent has lost his grown kids. They have had the best education. & So have I. Being a difficult one. Love to you Andrew. You are so helpful, everyone must trust Andrews advice. He knows what he is talking about. It's been 49 FCKING years! Is this my life test? Mother, Father, siblings, best friends, bosses, lovers.... I left. Countries, 3x. Cities, 5x. I ALWAYS left, found the strength, found a new job. Only now, it looks like this energy followed me EVERYWHERE!! I am FINANCIALLY INDEPENDENT. I don't need to work anymore. I have time for me, for therapy. I was so naive. I thought it was me. This energy is trying to bury me alive. At the point of suicide, I found my meditation teacher 12 years ago, and still, only NOW I see it. This life is mind-blowing! What an adventure! This world is truly a spiritual world, and there is more evil than I ever thought. Not only. There are always helping hands. Never give up! Never give up! Evil is louder, way louder.

I have crawled out of that boat so many times, even when I didn’t think I had any strength left. One thing they do is push you back out to sea when they see you have caught your breath, and with that you see just how ugly and relentless they are. This channel is my light in the tunnel, thank you!

My narcissistic played the grand lost ! Lost his job, his apartment and his livelihood. I do do wish any misfortune on anyone but we all have to be held accountable for our actions. You get in what you put out

It's interesting that you said that, Andrew, about being left in the ocean. Years ago, I was with a narcissist for a year, and he left me without a word when I was most in love with him, and after he had turned my life upside down, and he had me isolated and alone, and I felt like I was in the dark in the middle of the ocean, and I was desperately trying to put my feet on something solid and there was nothing there. I was internally kicking and crying. I was horrified. Horrified. One day, while crying, I saw a vision, and a huge boat had come up beside me, and a hand was reaching down for me to grab, and it was Jesus. I remember taking firm hold on it and I started being pulled up, and in the next few weeks, I started feeling like I was closer and closer to shore until one day, I was out and on land and was walking away from the ocean. Your whole ocean symbolism is spot on. But when I was in the ocean, I could see a hurricane slowly moving away from me, spinning and wild, but moving away from me. That hurricane had been the narcissist and all he brought to the table. Thank you.

During my journey of healing this is what i struggled most with is the fact that toxic people love and look forward to devaluing people. Especially their own children. This was a huge part of the lessons i had to learn. But now i do know why and it is because they feel empowered due to low self esteem. As pathetic as it may sound. Talk about lost in the ocean.....I had a dream of being in the ocean and hanging on to some rickety broken chair. Then I saw 2 beautiful sailboats with light streaming all over them. I kept hanging on and was rescued. Turned out to be what I think is my 2 grown children. I just relocated relocated to the city where they live! I've been 2 years on the healing path and my dream finally came true

Yesterday was really bad... but, I feel a little better today. It was a song that triggered the hell out of me. I'm thinking about how I was and I was totally beside myself yesterday. This is crazy. It's like my identity is distorted.

The Narc does this every couple of months and I just ignore period and I can't do it ever again, I have become selfish with my life and time at this point, Im more important and my time is not needed to pump up all these vampires with deflated tires. August 31, 2022 the narcissist that my family is dealing with made some very bad /illegal choices. He told alot of lies and didn't ever admit to what he did. Patience was something that I have learned since then and this year(2024 ) August to be exact is when he goes to court to face up to what he did . My family has had almost 2 years to move forward to prepare for this battle . We look forward to seeing this man held accountable and see justice be done. Thank you for teaching so many about narcissist and how they function ( or should I say disfunction ) . I never knew the word narcissist until I meet this person and recognizing that he isn't what he appeared to be.

The narcissistic person is trapped inside with all their misery and pain inside they are their own worst enemy they build themselves wall around them like a prison. I'm set free from that prison inside that the narcissist kept me as a prisoner. Now I can move on and still heal They won't fool me anymore. I am on their games they play . I have moved on and I feel free.

I can now recognize them from a mile away 😅, the funny irony is; if we didn't do any of the things we shouldn't do, we wouldn't be proud about doing the things we should do! The narcissist teaches us: 1. Setting firm boundaries 2. Seft love 3. Self care 4. Self respect, and 5. Zero tolerance for toxicity and drama. Let's continue healing and looking on the bright side. A question to this community: I come from a family of four. All narcissists. I am the truth telling scapegoat. I married into a narcissistic family as well. I went no contact two years ago, however my kids had already sworn allegiance to the narcissistic family members over me, and have become them (daughter is covert, son is vulnerable). Should I go no contact with my own children. I’ve allowed them to continued their abuse of me, because I love them, and couldn’t bring myself to go no contact with them as well? They’re all I have left in this entire world, because I also attracted narcissistic friends, and have gone no contact with them as I moved two states away, two years ago.
