Episode 4! For the Entangled Review Series. Today we look at an example of how the football world is severely misguided on IG, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
If you know us then you know how we feel about gym work.
But it's videos like these and many others circling the internet, that continue to lead young players down a road of injury and regret. The gym is no place for a developing footballer nor is it a place for ANY footballer.

This video perfectly summarizes the issue with modern day soccer….btw, I signed up my 12 year old in entangled 2 months ago and it’s refreshing to see not only his game improve but he’s maturity level as increased exponentially. Seeing him wake up at 5 am to do his morning primer and his daily training has inspired his little brother to wake up to train with him. This program is so much more than just about soccer. Keep up the great work.

Can you make a video about the gym causing injury where you show the scientific proof. I am interested in that since ive seen some people who actually think the gym helps preventing injuries😂

In the gym ur putting weights on yourself. Cussing your muscles to move slower because the heavy weight. How would moving slower make u faster or more powerful? The gym makes u better at the gym not football

@@MadridTeamOfDreams lifting weights causes the muscles to adjust to the weight making your muscles stronger, which increases your max strength. If your max strength is higher you can run faster. search up "sports velocity curve" and youll see what i mean

Just because you are doing something that some pros didnt do doesnt mean it will make you worse, it makes you better. pros who didnt work out could've been even better if they had done the extra gym work. please dont listen to this guy spew nonsense, he doesnt back up his claim with studies and all that he says is hypothetical

Then why are talents getting injured a big clubs but when they are at a lower level they barely get injured?

@@D9v1D cristiano ronaldo??????? he worked so hard in the gym and it shows he's playing at 38 i guarantee he wouldnt be playing if he didnt do so. If you want stay ignorant and follow this shmuck, or you can get strong in the gym so you wont get shoved off the ball by every defender

@@hammer6854 first of all I don’t but keep yapping 2nd Ronaldo lost a lot of his speed bro and he didn’t do any of this non sense at all until he was 20+ because he was told it was good for him and it didn’t harm him until 2014

gym made my performance x10 better than without also gym prevents inuries if you do the right training
