As someone with ASD, I would like a nudge if my tone is off because I struggle with how to use my tone but also i don't know whether i would ever actually use it, I think i'd rather reflect on the behaviours of those around me and adjust rather than have a machine tell me that

Sad part about this "new technology" is that I am on the spectrum of autism and I would NEVER trust this junk to "train me" how to speak to humans. Sure some may be misunderstanding me, but I would rather have people value me as an individual rather than valuing me as a computer. Yet, different people just like different sides of me, and this computer might not be intuitive enough for all of the combinations of millions of personality types there are. Maybe in the future with quantum computing power unlocked this toy might proved to be more interesting even though it is a HUGE security risk.

They'll probably try to force it on all neurodivergent people. As someone with ADHD I hate that people just think I'm lazy and some angry asshole all the time when it's not true. This app would probably hear me and tell me I'm angry all the time just like their Arnold test but that isn't the case at all.

As an ASD person who often misses tone cues, I do not want to use this device until it's been re-trained on data covering a much broader variety of accents. Seems like the head developer got lazy and just used office volunteers for the control group...
