It sounds like the shift fork came loose inside of the transmission. on that fourwheeler y'all just bought truthfully due A bad bushing. Witch is worn out bushing sleeve in the case. JB-weld & permatex mixed together will make it stronger. Remember to scuff the area surface clean the area. Spray some belt dressing on that old belt.

Nice job all of you. Team work at its best! A little trouble shooting has got that 4x4 running again. Get an old casing and a bungie cord and now you have a new push vehicle. Thanks for the Monday Funday video!

Those Kawasaki's are great machines. That one is in excellent condition. What I like to do to keep critters out of the belt and intake area is cover the inlet with mesh screen like you would use on a window screen. (Lowe's has it cheap) A hose clamp or self tapping screws to secure it.

Yeah the beauty part about that thing is they make so many different accessories to add to it. I've used one of those for several years. The snow blade on the front salt sprayer in the back clean up around the shop and the driveway, but she's running pretty good. Imagine what she's going to do with a new belt. Really going to be a lot more powerful. Nice purchase! Happy for you guys. You've been looking for one for a while.

Great little machine and lots of fun. Do me one favour Josh... Think about fitting a roll bar to stop it going over backwards (like you see on tractors). There's been some nasty accidents involving kids in the UK, usually on farms, but the common serious injury is either a broken neck or a crushed chest. There have been deaths in the UK. A roll bar won't spoil anyone's fun and, they are fun, but it will keep the kids safer.

Everyone in the family is gonna need a machine tailored to their height, weight and ability to handle donkeys. Get ready to hook the trailer on the Winnebago and head to the hills for every 3-day weekend until they go off to college. Our time ridin and picnickin on cool mountain trails of N NM are the best memories our family has.

Squeezy looks so different - much more grown up without glasses. I am cactus without mine on. It was great seeing both kids working on the bike with the only instruction from you to do xxx. They had to figure the rest out. A very good way to let them think for themselves. The joy on everyone's faces as it was being repaired and especially when everyone had a ride was priceless! And an 8/10 from Squeezy means it is a keeper! I guess she will be graduating from the little Pewee to the 4 wheeler now (we call the little motorcycles Peewee 50 or Peewee 80 depending on whether they are 50cc or 80cc bikes, do you call them that in America? It will be a much safer tow vehicle for the kids than driving another car to pull/push the cars you are working on with. Enjoy the 4 wheeler👍👍.

I haven't owned a four wheeler for about 24 years, but that price sounded a little high. When I lived in Alaska I had a four wheeler and a "snow machine". That's what they call snow mobiles in Alaska...snow machines. FYI: America bought Alaska from Russia in the mid 1800's for 7.2 million dollars...or less than 2 cents an acre. From a national security standpoint...Alaska was priceless.

Always good when you have a family dinner and the Sheriff shows up, lol Squeezy had no losses... The worst thing that can happen when loading a four-wheeler in the back of a pickup truck, you take out the back window.

It's basically quick JB-weld by doing that process. Although y'all had some already instead of having to make the DIY way. Sta bil will help y'all out with the fuel in it. Sta bil 360 gives yah 360 days of protection year round. Fuel treatment from corrosion & ethanol fuel issues to. If y'all start it up at least one A week.

That's a clutch area problem, or possibly cam chain tensioner.....? Update....those mud balls were the problem, awesome! Easy fix! And now you have a winch to pull cars on the lift! Double bonus!!

On those two jets, the big is the main jet the little one is the idle jet. Often the reason you need to use the choke which isn't really what it is, it's an enrichener, the idle circuit is at fault. The pilot jet, passages to the idle mix screw and to the venturi by the throttle plate are restricted or plugged. A choke restricts the airflow to enrichen the mix for cold starts. An enrichener is a valve that when you open it it flows more fuel to enrichen the mix. They both do the same thing but in different ways. You may be right on the o ring causing your idle issue. That o ring on the mix screw when damaged will cause an air leak into the idle circuit. This will cause a lean mix, using the choke would enrichen the mix so it would run. On the foam cover for the air filter, when it gets dirty wash it out with most anything you want, even Dawn dish soap , just rinse well and let dry them use a 50-50 mix of gas and motor oil. Wet the foam and squeeze most out then install. You have two so you can keep one ready to go. At oil change time just swap the clean for dirty, then prep the dirty for next time. I run foam air filters on several of my motorcycles and clean and oil my foam filters this way. On that machine most any 10w40 will work. It uses a dry clutch. When you pulled the cover you pointed at something, that something is part of the clutch system. It watched clutch fork that when you use the clutch it pushes on the throw out bearing. If it was a wet clutch that cover would have had oil in it.

Man I remember when we were kids after church we'd be in the back of the ford station wagon and we lived in East L.A. at the time and my dad would always punch it on a certain bump. My brother and i would try to catch some air back there😂 good times. Miss my mom and dad.

I used a small piece of sheet metal on my dads belt cover, drilled 6 holes and riveted the metal on the outside with silicone between them with a good smear over it all. 8yrs later its never had water in it

Awesome purchase I have the same one that yellow lever that's on the left hand bar should be engaging automatic four-wheel drive or locking differential. I also bought my kids to 125CC TaoTao four wheelers that were shipped me brand new for a thousand bucks a piece it's always fun
