After years of hurting my back and struggling to move heavy stuff like engines, and Tosh trying to talk me into buying a better tractor we finally decided to do it. We are actually buying the tractor that helped build our new shop. It's a 90's Ford 3930 with 50 horsepower, a front end loader, and even 4 wheel drive. I think this is really going to help around our property and with our business trying to move cars and heavy parts and equipment.

Being able to add attachments/implements along the way is a really huge plus....you really don't know what you are gonna do initially so trying to buy attachments/implements immediately might not be a good thing...having the tractor available whenever you want to use it, is the biggest hurdle....after that its really a game of finding things to do with the tractor, then figuring out what attachments/implements you need....then the wallet do get that stuff LOL.

When Wawa ran by the forks to hold the breaks in the truck it reminded me of when I did something similar and-ran right into the side of the forks. It was getting dark and I couldn’t see them well. After that we spray painted the sides with orange paint and it really helped with visibility of the side profile of the forks. And always put the forks on the ground when not in use. 🙏🏼🤙🏼

When I was a young Motor Officer in Oregon, I responded to a tractor vs small boy accident which happen while a experienced tractor operator ran over his son while allowing him to ride on the tractor while tilling a field. I attempted to give Mouth to Mouth Resuscitation until paramedics arrived, but the child did not survive and he was about the same age as my young son. It was a sad event for the family, who happen to have the same last name as me. I cried at the scene and had some sleepless nights for some time after! I thought I was a tough guy but 50 years later it still brings a tear! PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN RIDE ON A TRACTOR< NO MATTER HOW CAREFUL YOU THINK YOU ARE! Truly enjoy your show. JP3

Yeah, there are situations that happen every day that people don't think about the worst happening. One unexpected gopher hole will become a horrendous outcome when a kid is ran over and succumb to the injuries. It's all fun till the worst happens to you. I witnessed the same thing that mentally destroyed a man to the point he lost the farm. Just over a senseless joyride
