Nice, I have access to all these ingredients and have just located my first 3 cornered leeks .I love the smell of ground elder

Great. 3 Cornered Leeks is one we've still not found as they don't grow much in our area. Have fun.

What does Ground elder smell like ?

@@hoohargh9945 I don't recall there being a particular smell that was distinctive, but the fresh taste is not unlike carrot.

The ground elder is chopped up with the garlic and garlic mustard. mIx it all in together :-)
