WILDCAMPING IN THE LAKE DISTRICT, Dollywagon and Nethermost pike, 4.5 kg Ultralight setup.

Күн бұрынIn this one I set off from Wythburn car park, and make my way up to Nethermost pike, at 891 meters it's the second highest in the Helvellyn range, I really enjoyed the walk up, and the legs were feeling good, so I nipped over to tap the summit of Dollywagon pike for a Brucie bonus Wainwright 😀 I then returned to Nethermost pike so set up camp for the night. I swapped out my Jetboil for a titanium cup and MSR pocket rocket stove, I included the new S2S pillow, used a collapsible pee bottle, and used all dried food to get to 4.5 kg base weight. Although the weather wasn't as forecast, being a lot more overcast, it was still a very enjoyable camp, I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did, atb Paul 🙏🏕🏕🏕😁 #mountains #tent #camping

wow mate , the lake district just keeps giving , epic views again and for a change you got some decent weather to start , great set up as always , i hear a rumour your out with english woodsman soon , looking forward to that , i know you was cutting back on weight but i never thought you would give up your all day breakfast lol

Hey Stuart, yeah the Lakes just keep giving, the weather was great on the walk up, the wind wasn't even that bad, a very enjoyable spot to be fair 😀 the rumours are true pal I am indeed out with Dan very soon 😀 losing the all day breakfast will be a very rare occasion 🤣 atb Paul 🙏 🏕🏕🏕😁
