Wildcamping Snowdonia: Secrets of the Carneddau- PART 2- Wild Swimming in the Old Quarry

Join me for part two of my wildcamping trip into the Carneddau Mountains. After an early start to see an amazing Sunrise, I took a stroll to Melynllyn lake to explore the ruins of the Sharpening Stone Quarry, where the Yellow Lake Oilstones were made over a hundred years ago. It was a great trip into the quiet side of Snowdonia and I had the place to myself. I finished my trip with a refreshing bit of wild swimming in the lake.
