Bro if you pull in the clutch lever then you can remove the flower nut with your fingers . And its a stock clutch

I had my front fender come loose. Ended up in an ambulance and was pretty banged up my kneck is still sprained. Remove fenders !

Not a race engine. Its an exact copy of our minarelli but ours are 8hp.

I wish it was an exact copy Smoliks engine is way better built but you pay for it but for $200 it's a decent start

Kurt these are just as good as what you sale yes you got to take it apart and do a few things but yes Just as good as what you sale. For $300 less. I have one of these wildcats bottom ends but I used your short rod spacer and your intake with the naraku cylinder. Way before California sold these. Please tell me what makes them not as good? Yes I would rather have a long rod crank then a short rod.

I like those clutch pads better than the red ones. And they are the better ones.. should do a video about the new avenger 85 . 53mph out of the box.. or try out one of kens chainsaw builds

I’d love to. I’m still struggling with my Minarelli build🤣 finances, hunting and chores. Got right in the way. And it’s dark by 5. Still making progress. I’m just trying to have a start to finish fresh build for you guys. Motor bicycle and KZfaq as a hobby. Holy Christ I’m going bankrupt

What you called the cdi is really the magneto an it does have extra copper wound insode than the old stock one. Ive used California motorbikes for 9 years now there motors rock

I had this motor apart 3 separate times. I wasn’t looking for side to side play.. but I’d think I’d notice it if it was sloppy. So no I did not notice 🤣

Chinarelli is a stock 66cc cylinder cut at the intake like a minarelli. Smolik makes them.

so thats a minerelli a chinarelli would be like your zeda80 cylinder with a mineralli style reed smolik preformance sells them

So a chinarelli would be a chinadoll cylinder with a reed? Thanks for the input. I would not piece that together on my own. My brain was chinadoll bottom end with an Italian cylinder… but I’ve been wrong often!

A "chinarelli" is the "dio" kets you find online has the big block of metal that the intake and reeds bolt up to

@georgebell8826 chinarelli is NOT a dio . Not even close. Chinarelli is made by Smolik performance and it uses a minarelli intake nit a dio

I don’t think Cmb offer the minarelli as a full kit. I just looked briefly and did not see it. Minarelli is its own niche all in its self. I have not tried the other engines.. yet. So I don’t have an opinion on them. Facebook has great forums and much more knowledgeable people. Search Kurt Smolik. He knows a thing or two bout a thing or two about! This one you have to source all the extras. And they add up. I have the full build in my playlist if you care to scrub through. 🤘🏻🏁🏁🏁

@AceBase5 I spent just about 800 for bike engine and all the parts. But that’s without know much about minarelli to start with. I may be able to do it cheaper now I know a single thing bout em now 🤣
