Hey, remember me? I'm the guy whose life you saved by telling me about fenders on motorized bikes. Thanks again! I'm sure someone has already said it but, Stock carb has #70 jet. I ordered that same jet kit. Still waiting for it. I'm at 4500 feet and mine is running a little rich with the needle second notch down from top. Spark plug looks pretty good though. light brown. So I'm thinking #60 or #62. I'll test it with new plug to get a more accurate reading. Don't want the lean meanies eating my piston.

I like how you include the whole trial and error process in your video. It makes it more relatable to most of us that have gone through it lol. Its amazing how it always seems like its going to be easy to build but theres always unseen variables... Heres a tip that i recently learned that noticeably improved the timing of the motor and performance... Side gap the spark plug. Thanks for sharing your experiences. Love to see the paint trick, that's how i always do it no need to count, unfortunately in my experience even if it looks spot on when i put it on the alignment rack it ends up far enough off to cause uneven tire wear, so your definitely not gonna have handling problems but you could definitely still have uneven wear. But honestly ive done the same shit on my car and just eyeballed it who has time to align there owm car lol

Thats a really sweet little bike! I can relate to all the finger fkery you have to go through to get these little motors to run mint. They have been playing with me sense I was a little kid and I am 65 now and they still won't go away! I always use a fender but I make mine out of 16 gauge metal and weld them to the frame works Mint! After break in run 100 octane fuel with Blendsall (green label) 2 stroke racing oil. Smells like Heaven! The aroma is amazing! It will make the whole neighborhood smell like a 4 of July barbecue down by the river! The best part about these motors is the Zero Carbon FootPrint! Its keeps a smile on Greta's face! I cant wait to see how this bike runs after You get it jetted in! Keep up the great vidjas and never worry aboot the load Music or Carbon FootPrint!💯👍

I just bought this same bike (gray) yesterday and have a Firestorm Zeda 80 coming Friday. This will be my first build. I actually got this bike because of the fenders. LOL. Going to be building mine in 100 degree weather (Arizona). Your video gave me some good info. Like mounting the gas tank and engine on this frame. I never though about the double bar being a problem for the rear gas tank mount. Thanks! Oh, and the double cable brake lever too.

With the silencer it will give back a little more power Rpm.. example a pick up when there is no longer enough restriction (muffler too short or too big for nothing) the pick up will make noise rpm goes up Faster BUT when you go up a hill you'll have a hard time making it go up in speed but the rpm will be high BUT won't be any worse either

Been riding china dolls for 25 years motorcycles 50 years , you have poor brakes on that bike, those side pulls are useless, v brakes are best, use 90s chromoly mtn bike frames, you dont need to take left side clutch arm cover off to install chain just feed it in from the top slowly, your too rich on mixture. I have a bike with minereli engine bike and powerband is at top rpm for racing ok but regular riding not so good and its a kick start w auto clutch. I watched you ride it and it has the similar top end power band and a manual clutch. The original morini engines were kick start and auto clutch looks like your main jet might need to be bigger. The old days we would get micro drill set and find the drill that fits then drill it out next size or solder it and drill out smaller. Also the stock gas filter does no flow enough. Thanks for the video the ports on the engine are huge. The stock tanks 5 mm bolts leak fuel and you have to clean tank with water many times and then braze them back with cap and petcock taken off. sometimes and I weld flat bar on the frame so the tank doesnt flip.
