I seen a lot of speculation as to where Matthews could go. I think a very likely spot could be a team like Detroit. They are only going to get better without Matthews, with him, that steam rolls that process. Not only that. They have exactly what the Leafs want Early 2023 Draft picks, and a plethora of talented prospects in the pipeline.. I don't think Toronto makes that trade with a team like LA, and or a WPG, for guys who are slightly older. If Dubas does make a trade, it's going to be for Young talent, nothing else.
