Considering the channel 4 and other News coverage of attacks being made in London with corrosive liquids being thrown over victims, I find it Abhorrent that a Channel 4 employee would choose to attack a member of the public by throwing an unknown (at the time of the attack) liquid over him. The fear, alarm and distress that such a shameful attack would cause needs to be addressed and the criminal charges needs to reflect this.

Ring about a burglary, or assault and you will be lucky if an officer attends in 48 hours. Channel 4 ring about no criminal offence and within minutes, police officers and even a police van with more officers turn up. Something is broken. The officers were fine though and the one on the right in particular was concerned how bad it looked when the van turned up.

Chanel 4 needs to at the very least speak to that employee and emphasise that is not the sort of behaviour expected of their staff

Whats important here is that it might not have been just water. This is a serious assault and needs acting on by the police. He will almost certainly lose his job, but that will not be enough. There is enough evidence on your phone but another angle would be good.

When you've been doused, especially in London, _never_ assume it's water, I mean in this case it's 99% likely to be water, but if it's not then you have - literally - seconds to wash it off before tissue damage begins, I would have been straight into the building demanding water to wash it off.

Pilkington's glass do a rather nice range of tinted glass which offers excellent privacy. There are any number of Architectural security fabricators which will provide strong barriers to prevent unwanted members of the public from accessing private property. Graham Stirk the Architect responsible for this fine building would have quite happily included those types of security measures had he been asked. Channel 4 are notorious for invasive and controversial reporting, through the mediums of news and documentaries all in the name of public interest. I have no doubt that this video will attract significant public interest. Is this a case of "it's OK for us to do it, but not for you".

Police covering for thug security. Police "the security are not trained in security, ya know". They police went in and told ch4 "we'll tell him off for you" Then they came out and said in a loud voice "don't put your camera in peoples faces" to satisfy their customer-ch4. Make a complaint against the cop for shouting allegations at you while exiting ch4. Get cctv of that also, as well as your own footage. In reality they should have told ch4 there is nothing illegal going on here and left. Auditor:" can i have the cad number?" Police:"what do you want that for?" Corporate cops trying to bury their papertrail. None of their business why you want the cad number. Everyone should ask for the cad number automatically.
