Congrats on getting the blue one roadworthy Ed. Great work! Been there with the fuel/breather pipes on the E31 Ed. Right/drivers side are all EVAP/breather pipes. Left/Near side are all fuel pipes.

i saw a man sat on back seat of vauxhall nova, front seats were removed he was driving on M1 near sheffield he was huge .if anyone else ever seen this guy on M1 ,around sheffield .

I believe MOT is: Ministry of Transportation. We have DMV WHICH IS DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES. Each state has their own and most only require annual smog check. Only a few do safety inspections. Those lower front lights are "flash to pass," in day time so you don't have to turn on your full headlights. You should just have to pull your signal stock to use them. I actually like the gray interior of the blue 840. It complements it. Sorry Edd. 😆

I reckon the tail had been removed and painted as there’s overspray on the strut. They would’ve cut the wire 🤷🏻‍♂️

There is so much rust and dirt, I couldn't stand driving a car like that, they need a serious refresh job . With time it's only going to get worse at some point you will have to change entire frame parts. Even so you would have to preferably check all those rusted frames with an ultrasound probe for eternal corrosion, before you do an entire treatment on it. I would also take the entire engine and gear box apart clean it check it for any problems etc. Cars like this are just going to break more and more in time before they are to expensive to salvage unless they are well maintained.

use the m60 engine struts on the s62.its plug and play with the v8 six speed gearbox and manual propshaft e31 v8.and find a good 210mm LSD from a e34 or e32 its plug and play on the rear e31 axle.and most important.place bigger brakes.and find a good tuning shop that set youre s62 dme EWS free WITH working vanos.If they lock youre vanos find other shop.If you not find shop to free youre dme with working vanos.let me know

Great work mate. Can you please confirm which fuse blew for the automatic washer top up? My 840 washers only work with the intensive also and I suspect either the pump in the boot or front bottle needs replaced along with the fuse. Thanks!

All the swaps I have seen so far are not well done with things like traction control, AC, cruise control and so on not working or not working properly but I have more of these figured out.
