Great to DIY but look at the cost benefit ratio, I love tinkering on my X5 but I work in the oil & gas industry and it makes more sense to do what I do best & pay a professional to do the complicated stuff, if you have some slack time take on the building work, but remember your skills are more valuable spannering BMW’s for all of us to admire

Are you keeping the CAT.,,EDD About 9 years ago There was a man who wanted to build a house in straw mixed with mud big country house , He put an add on line asking for help free food and accomadation ,his wife made stew and beer at night, He thought maybe 20 people would turn up Arrive over 500 people came and helped him .He split them into teams ,its somewhere on youtube .

A change is good you can get it how you want it ,just takes time .Britain is crazy for rules realy bad they will make you wear high vis jackets in your new property, and you must have 30 fire exstiguishers .I LOADED 16 VATS OF ACID,IN DERBY On my waggon , the guy made me stand on the green line he came out in plastic suit and wellington boots and mask and a hat ,Driving his fork truck he took 1 hour to load .And made me stand there . I took it them to cunio in italy the stacker driver came out in shorts and flip flopps unloaded me in 20 minutes all done .
