I’m having a problem with my KD 80 when I let off the clutch it keeps going dead no matter how revved I have it but it says they’re an ad and I can ram it. Rev it up in neutral but when I put it in gear and it goes dead. What causes that?

Hi, will you ever tear the engine apart? Im having trouble with the electric start just spinning by itself. Im assuming its that starter clutch inside it. But I have no idea how to get to it.
