I bought 2 of these, this 1985, and a 1987 GPZ600R. The 87 belongs to my boss. Mine has 13k miles on it. It's a little rough, but it'll be a great around-town bike. Sprayed a little wd40 down the carb throats, and then some ether.

Hey mate .... very excited to see this video. Just this week I picked up a 1985 GPZ600r that has not been started for 26 years. Got it home and just cleaning up[ the fuel and electrics to see what happens.

I got an 85 and 86 I'm working on! Need to get bigger jets due to previous owner's intake and exhaust though.

Owned the same bike and color for 16 years, made a bad deal and sold it in 2008 and now all i can get are shitty, disposable, unaffordable, ugly bikes....cause all these wonders are gone, at least in my country. By the way that starter fliud is going to ruin your frame paint

Bike is getting a frame off resto. About 60% complete reaseembling it now :-) I paid $250 USD for this, and 250 USD for another, but an 87. I gave that one to my boss. Sub, I will be posting updated vids soon!
