I’m right there with ya. She left me last March then rebounded four months later. She told me in December that she wasn’t happy and missed me but I didn’t act on it. Now it’s been almost four months and I haven’t heard a peep, maybe this time for good.

My ex also monkey-branched/cheated after 4 years of living together, raising her 2 wonderful boys & being engaged. She left for a guy with more money, who dumped her after 12 months. These are GARBAGE people mate! I’ve only just realised this after being heartbroken for over 2 years!

Bro she’s only doing that bcuz she misses u. She wants u to reach out to her DONT REACH OUT. She’s living a fake like my ex is/was doing the same thing when she left me for her coworker it’s been a 1 year and 2 months since she left me. Right away I started to focus on myself got in the gym and work on all areas of my like fast forward now she’s always reaching out to me I leave her on read 90% of the time. I only reply bcuz we have a son together but I keep it strictly about our child but it does get better I lost 45lbs of fat I got fit my money went up and just level myself so my advice is focus on yourself and get so fit and get ur money up and keep yourself sharp get a haircut , cut ur nails, good hygiene’s and level up sooner than later she will b chasing you. Remember “regret is her only option “ never take them back .

A lot of strange things happened since the breakup, like the fact that she showed up at my workplace twice, she showed up to a bar she knows i go to, she wished me happy birthday, she reached out to tell me that her cat passed away, she asked a mutual friends about my gym progress. It all happened in 2023, so lately she's been quite silent. Still, in the 6 years that we were together she never posted anything. I think that she never had the necessity to do so or to show someone how happy she was. Now every week she is at the club or with the new man or both. She never posts public. She posts just in her close friends, where there is me too, as i said. Thank you for sharing with me your experience. I'm doing my best to become the best version on me. I go the gym 4 times a week, i go boxing, i play the guitar and i'm close to get my aerospace engineering degree. So i'm quite happy about myself and i hope to never lose my motivation :)

She rebounded its all you need to know. Move on and don't be second place your the prize just remember that.

Terrible. I heard that crap from then fiancee (we were together 11 years) at Christmas 2022. Told me "This will sound sh**ty, but sometimes I'm in love with you, sometimes I just love you, and sometimes I feel numb, nothing. I even feel that way about my kids now, too.". I couldn't believe she even said that. Five days later, she was manipulated by her 19yr old narcissistic son by a suicide threat which was done to have her decide "him or me", and broke things off in our therapists office. Disgusting. The "love you" not in love with you crap is just excuses. So sorry for your situation!
