I was so confused when I heard a video of him talking to Balogun in English with an English accent, another video of him speaking French and finding out he's Belgian 😂 makes sense now

@@jarman7765depending on whether or not his parents applied for it, he was entitled to be granted Belgian citizenship as he was born and grew up there.

@@LeeCorne it depends: current rules are that if his mother was Belgian, he could automatically gain the same nationality. For foreigners such as Will and myself (even though we were born there), the rule was that at age 16 your local town hall was meant to send you naturalisation documents. I never received those and to be honest did not chase it up as Belgium still had national service at the time (my Belgian mates in the army were being sent to the Congo). My father and sister still live in Belgium and have obtained dual nationality. I never bothered given free travel movement etc existed in the EU but unfortunately I underestimated the amount of nincompoops who voted for Brexit.

Smart bloke when he spoke about Balogun he spoke of him as a human and not as a player and that is essential to getting the best out of your squad you need a bunch of young warriors humble enough to do their job alongside others than some baller who thinks he is better than anyone else. I hope he gets the success he deserves.

I had a game where I was managing 1860 Munich (Munchen Lions) took them from 2nd german division to top of Bundesliga winning 5 straight times and 4 out of 5 Champions Leagues and going to Granada winning La Liga and a Champion's League against my old team XD

I can take any team to the champions league, with absolutely no budget, virtually every time, The trick is patience, you start with no budget, but there will always be free players that will have sell on value if used correctly, get them young, and trust that they will show flashes of their potential and sell them at the right time, and it is a snowball effect

I made a dynasty with Reading and made them the world's best team by far for a decade. Multiple trebles/quadrouples. I had the audacity to come fourth one season and got sacked. I took the next team to come available which was Everton and made them the world's best team in 4 years time with Reading getting relegated from the Prem in the same season. Fabiano and Maxim Gashi were the perfect respawn partnership up top for Reading. 100 and 150 caps for Brazil and Germany respectively. Legends in the game. My pro tips are to look at who's getting pied off at the end of the first season from the youth development centres of Bayern Munich, Shakhtar Donetsk, Benfica, Sporting Lisbon, Porto, Sparta Prague, and Red Bull Salzburg, and get them on a free. Utilise the loan system by getting good youngsters from top 6 prem teams and Real Madrid and Barca for a season, and buy whoever is the current best Brazilian U20 who is currently playing in the Brazilian league for whatever price (£10-£30 Mill) when they reach 18.
