Nonsense. The dollar that was created by a bank inevitably comes back as a payment for that debt. The average life of credit is about 5 years. The only thing that stays permanently is the interest paid on the debt. That interest is somewhat smaller than the goods/services created by the credit, otherwise nobody would be borrowing. So the banks creating dollars is not inflationary, it's the lifeblood of the economy.

Things are strange right now. The US dollar is becoming less valuable because of inflation, but it's getting stronger compared to other currencies and things like gold and property.
