The charts are pictures of human psychology of what buyers and sellers believe about the value of an asset over time. I consider the rising interest rate to be a very serious issue since it will undoubtedly cause more investors to withdraw their money from the stock market. But then I'm still aware of certain investors that continue to earn over $365,000. Wish I could accomplish that.

I think that inflation topic is more nuanced, namely you could have some sectors experiencing inflation and others deflation. There is clearly a turning point now, where the real estate, stocks and bonds have been hiding the real inflation by crazy overvaluations and now they started to deflate - in the same time, the comodities mega cycle turned up after long long years of deflated prices and are now shooting to the moon. Since comodities prices are affecting the cost of living everyone feels the pain. The government conveniently keeps away from CPI the cost of energy and food hence they hide the REAL INFLATION
