Hey mike to solve your driveshaft angle take your motor mounts to a machine shop and mill out the bottom so the dive shafts are the same level, this will drastically help and reduce resistance, also change out your bearings for ceramic ones, you can also put in different bearings on the motor. Maybe try different batteries as those chnl have massive voltage drop. Try smc srd v2 or onyx batteries. Try the James McCoy body too from delta plasiks. Maybe in the future switch platforms to the hobao vte2 much more potential and engineered better. Just a little advice to help out a fellow speed runner, stay safe and stay fast!

Great job your kicking butt, keep it up!!!!. go larger on your battery capacity it will provide more supply so your esc don't cut under heavy load. I see you hitting 200-206 mph very soon.

Logically it makes sense because it's much cooler so your motor doesn't overheat to fast and vehicle traffic is slow. Hmmm 🤔 instead of running at midnight with zero visibility and lights this may prove promising. Let me check my roads in the morning.

Great vid,I love seeing peps try things NOONE else has done,(thinking outside the box)to see you make it all work,an work well is something that rarely works in the speedrun game...why didn't you just use scorched,pps dual motor mount....I know your answer brother...BECAUSE EVERYONE ELSE IS DOING THAT...Great work brother. No doubt about it the troubles of running at high speed are huge. I know it would be a massive investment to change, but the hobao vte2 has an inline driveline that is considerably better.

@@MikeStallone having the front and rear disconnect always concerned me but with how sensitive these ESCs are to back emf readings from the motors this is a great way to run dual motors without the feedback pulses from the other motor. A damper in the driveline would probably be good for traditional dual motor setups.

Interesting, I am finding the Porsche body a little easier to push than the fc100 so figured it must have less down force.

The more downforce makes it easier in my opinion because it handles better and doesn’t get upset as easily at high speeds

I gotta be honest and say you proved me wrong! I had a rather negative reaction when you first set out to build a “worlds fastest” rc car. I thought no way would you reach these speeds. Going that fast is extremely challenging and takes lots of trial and error….. and $$
