A lot of us who grew up in the 80s still associate early 90s songs with the 80s (esp. later part of the decade). e.g., Depeche Mode’s Violater, REM’s Out of Time. This song is no exception. Beautiful cover!

I used 2 hear this version on the radio when i was younger. I didn't know until i became an adult that 10cc is actually the original artist of this song. With that being said, both versions sound beautiful.❤❤❤

I am taken by this version of 10cc's masterpiece. Although Will to Power may have the finest cover, in my opinion, 10cc is the originator, creator, and inspiring force behind this haunting melody. Even though Will to Power rendered this beautiful rendition, Eric Stewart and 10cc possessed the magic to bring this soulful song to life, and it will forever be their signature song and an inspiration to hopeless romantics throughout the ages.

I really hate this song but for some reason will to power made it sound way better than the original one. Will to power had some good songs. She had the baddest voice I've ever heard and she's so beautiful and classy always been in love with her. She's really talented.

Upon further review, I would say the thing I like most about this wonderful rendition, is that the lovely singer stays true to the original, which is to say she doesn't try to jazz it up or show off her vocal range. Another thing I like about this version, is the implementation of the saxophone, and though the synthesizer cannot compete with the overlapping ethereal harmonies of 10cc, it is well done and well received.

For whatever reason, MUCH better than the CD version I've previously had. And yes, Casey Kasem played that version too. Yet the version here WAS played on my local top 40 station--it just SOUNDS better.
