Great interview by one of the best Willow Bay. Loved the way Ms. Bay got Ted Sarandos to open up with candor. Need a Part two Ms. Bay to discuss what it means to be too real and too Black in America and how that effects pay and equity like it did with Mo'Nique at Netflix.

(to the the world he still is Matt who?) She however, carried that show and made it popular worldwide. Financial compensation should be given. Would be fair. The right thing. Suzanne Mackie, creative director at The Crown producer Left Bank noted, "Going forward, no one gets paid more than the Queen."
