Somebody that lifts 200 lbs, vs someone that lifts 100 lbs....the physics of that is something people seem to forget. The amount of muscle mass necessary to lift that extra 100lbs isn't twice as much, as one might be inclined to believe. It's on the order of three times the muscle mass required. The world record women's deadlift is 639.4 pounds, and she weighed in at 296.3 pounds. She had a LOT of fat on her as well. The world record men's deadlift is either 1102.31 pounds or 1104.52 pounds depending on who you ask. Those two men weighed in at 433.2 pounds and 454.1 pounds respectively. Gravity gets worse and worse the more weight you attempt to lift.

I feel you on this. I finally broke 190 after being that weight for almost a year (heaviest I’ve ever weighed in my life) with 42% body fat. My weight goal at the moment is 175. But my overall weight goal is 150lbs at hopefully 20% body fat. I wish you good luck!
