Yes can you also include Murrieta, Menifee, and Winchester area in addressing park fires and potential areas within these communities to look out for.

Can you make a video addressing the park fires and smoke. How does it affect Temecula area? I’m sure many outside of CA think about that when they hear of CA. Thanks!

Hi Jessica, Thanks for all of your videos on the area. You and your husband have been a huge help. We actually just bought a home in Morningstar Ranch with this exact design. We're so excited! I promise we would have used your team to buy our new home but a dear friend of the family is a realtor in SoCal, so he helped us out. I wonder if you could answer a question about this development: Where are the mail boxes??? They're not in front of the houses and we haven't found a central location (yet). Any help would be greatly appreciated. :-)

Hi! Glad you found the videos helpful and totally understandable about the realtor friend. Everyone knows like 12 realtors 😂 There should be a bank of mailboxes down the street from your house or on a nearby street. Normally we get the exact location and mailbox number from the seller.
