I have a problem where I boot my computer but as soon as the desktop is loaded, the "Windows is not working" error appears and then my computer screen turns blue. I can't even restore to a previous version because it says there isn't a restore point. I can only boot my pc in safe mode for it to work. Also when I'm in safe mode I run my antivirus to find the problem but it arrives to a point where it also turns the screen blue. Please help!!!

I suggest you should go to windows settings, Updates and security, Recovery, Advanced Startup, then startup repair, this should take you through a startup repair which should fix your issue!
