Does anyone know why my windows hello app doesn't even open? Every time I double click it, it just closes itself after a split second.

surprisingly It worked: removed windows hello recognition - removed pin - reinstalled windows hello face sofware device, hd camera and ir camera in device manager - reinstalled windows hello app - added pin - added windows hello recognition

i am on a HP laptop with Windows 11 and i needed to configure the PIN , Fingerprint and Face recognition in their HP Client Security crap ... then the Sign-in options showed on the Hello screen

Why ur fingerprint and facial recognition not available..? My system shows the same ..tried many methods using run command but not working ..i am using Lenovo IdeaPad 3 with fingerprint..but it is useless now.. please help

just uninstalled the driver restart my pc and poof biometrics drivers are gone !
