Joined by Philippe Wibrotte from Comité interprofessionnel du vin de Champagne, this hour long sessions provides an introduction to the wines of Champagne. I live in Switzerland, we do a lot of wine, and we have a village called Champagne that does wine, it had "Champagne" on the labels, now it got forbidden for them as far as I know.
