I recently discovered your channel. You do a very good job of analysis. It’s measured, yet on-point and you pick up on details I hadn’t noticed before. For example the fact MM (when still sitting down), was angry when someone else was mentioned. And indeed she was. I literally can’t stomach watching her. You had a lot of great points. My favorite was the one you made at the end where you mentioned a growth mindset is very important. People who think they are already as great as they can be have no incentive to work on being better and any constructive criticism that points them in the direction of improving themselves is seen as a direct attack on their character. That is a narcissistic trait. Meghan at one point was instructed to work on her acting skill by doing more theater performances; an advice she rejected but should have followed.

She's not really that bright. The combination of spewing clichès one after the other, with fake self-deprecation, and humble bragging is just overall a stupid and confusing combination. Really comes across as a speech that is without a real point. But the way she presents herself, it's obvious she thinks that she is a genius, which is so embarrassing considering the hollowness of this whole speech. Nothing is more flaky than a bunch of cliches. What would have been good is if she could have explained what this One Young World is about, talk about what the aim of the organisation . Doing something like that would have been a better foundation , in terms of speech content, then build on that. Instead she said A LOT about herself. And those things which she talked about herself does it really have much to do with what this organization is about? Does it have anything to do with what this organization is even accomplishing? Would have been good if she could have informed people, using her speech, inform folks what exactly is the One Young World organization currently accomplishing, what specific projects they are working on. That's just my opinion, maybe other people have other ideas about what she could have done differently. But in any case, overall the whole speech is mind-numbingly boring. I don't know how people in the audience were able to sit there and tolerate listening to this drivel. I'm sure they didn't come to hear her talk about herself. And then feel obligated to give any Applause at different points during her speech, basically to applaud this person that used majority of the speech to brag about herself. She really ought to get some education on speech writing, or some mentoring on speech writing.
