On this very cold winter day, I couldn't help but go over the fence of Canada's Wonderland the largest amusement park in Canada sitting on over 300 acres of property and entertaining folks, both residents and visitors alike since 1981.
The first time I visited this park was in 1984 with my family and it is certainly come a long way since then with amazing new roller coasters and technology to keep the masses screening.
Covid-19 has had such a disastrous impact on the hospitality entertainment industry this park has been closed for so long now. recent news suggests that they'll be opening up for 2021.
The Behemoth, the Leviathan, the Great Canadian Mindbuster all so much fun and very missed. I hope that 2021 is a banner year for this amusement park it is soul-destroying to see it so still. One thing my son and I were commenting was how the drone view gave an amazing perspective of the size difference of all of the coaster and it tells a story of time when you look at the different designs.
Which one is your favourite? When did you visit first, please tell me in the comments?
