Hello my Friends at ‪@meetarlesa‬ 🙋🏻‍♀️
Our wake up time is irrelevant. It is far more important what we do after we get up. The quality and quantity of our sleep matters.
We need to consider what our mind and body need to feel good and be able to have a calm and productive day.
I'm sharing my early morning routines but I don't wake up before the birds...🤗
I hope you like it and would consider subscribing. It'll greatly help my work and my channel.🙏🏼
P.S.
some of my favorite people
are the ones who don't let society rush them.
they move at speeds that feel
more natural to their being.
they have their own idea of success
that is based on inner thriving,
and they treat their minds with gentle care.
above all, they embrace air and water,
because they see life as a gift that encourages
evolution

❤ nice video, as always!! I loved your fresh flowers ..they are always beautiful, I agree, they give joy, freshness, new impulses... but I only take them if I find them already cut... when I see them in the garden I don't have the heart to cut them to bring them into the house.. .as R.W. Emerson said: The earth laughs at the flowers...so I leave them to the earth..❤ have a sweet week..

Hola Arlesa!

Me alegra poder inspirar a cualquiera, aunque sea pequeño. Te deseo una gran semana. Mucho cariño desde Arlesa.🙋🏻‍♀️🕊️

Yes! The housework is too overwhelming for me and working full time at night. I just don't have the energy I used to to keep it clean. I just do what I can but I get frustrated because I don't feel I've accomplished enough. Also, I've been in that state of "deep rest" for a couple weeks. I feel better today so I hope the "guest" is leaving. Thank you for the video! ❤

Oh Yes Tammy...I can relate to that. I used to wake up at 4am for years to get things done until night. And even that wasn't enough. It just kept on getting more. So I even stopped multi tasking. Even a machine or a computer seize to work when they overload. And we? At a certain point one feels the burnout and the state of being overwhelmed. Energy drains especially at our age where it's getting scarce each year. I can confirm this. I used to have more energy to spare... A few weeks ago I was in the same "deep rest" space. The guest left and I try to make sure I'll enjoy the absence until it decides to come back for a visit again. I had to do the stuff I neglected during that time. Housework won't go away. And if it's not done. It's not done. I've come to live with it. And we don't have to prove to anybody that we're super women. Our energy and stability isn't linear. The ups and downs is tiring too. When one day, we're not capable of doing our chores, it's still going to be there anyway. So please take extra self care... you work hard and you do your best. Indulge in guilty pleasures when nothing helps. Health is really the wealth❤️ Much love 💕

@@meetarlesa you're so right sister. I'm one year behind you in age so I can confirm the loss of energy too. I remember when you were in "deep rest". I'm glad you're better and so far today has been a good day. I took tonight off from my job. I had an appointment earlier, I went for a walk and I've cleaned and been doing laundry. I feel accomplished today and it feels good. I didn't get everything done that I wanted to but IT IS OK. Thank you for making me feel better about myself. I plan to soak in a hot bath with a face mask later. I'm soaking up some sun on the porch right now.much love to you too! ❤️🤗🫶

@tammywhatley910 😀 wow.. I’m happy you took that day off. That’s the way to go… I’d be doing the same. I did a lot similar to that back in Germany… and still do. Gosh.. lots of days similar to that. Enjoy the moments of rest… rest.. and pamper yourself for as looooong as you need it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I completely agree with you that quality and quantity of sleep are more important than waking up early. I especially like the words 08:59 09:32 ☺️ And I really want to make the focaccia you made. My daughter will love it. 😋 I learn so much from you, as always. Thank you, meetarlesa! : ) ❤️❤️❤️

It’s always a pleasure to hear from you Gianna. Funny.. I like irregular times as well. I remember a cafe that opens at 8:03 in Berlin, Germany. That made an impact. Focaccia is my lazy period of bread making and I don’t doubt that your family will like it. Fresh bread is a highlight 🤗. I wish you lots of happy moments in the days ahead❤️❤️❤️

Curious about the rocks in the bottom of your flower vase -- is that for design purposes or to help keep the flowers fresh longer? Thanks!!
@meetarlesa
@meetarlesa 2 ай бұрын
Hello Ramona, they are only for design purposes. Since the vase is transparent, the end tips of the stems hide in them. To make the flowers stay fresh longer I put ice cubes in them once a day.❤️

@@meetarlesa All right. Do you mean that you would like to read a longer comment from me, from us? If yes, I will watch your movie again tonight and I will write to you, how I see and feel the things that are part of your morning routine! My life is different, and I think a lot about what is beautiful and good in your life? What is similar and what are the differences? What do I learn from you? What I can tell you is that you are a very friendly person, but I have already told you that. What caught my attention in your current film is your flower art and the beautiful special bouquet of carnations. Does it smell like this? I don't know, but I don't think so. I'm thinking of summer carnation, which has a stronger smell. Correct me if I am wrong. Well, the carnation is what I will remember today. In the evening, I will continue with the morning tournament, is the bread dough you baked😃.....Now I say goodbye to you. I wish you and your family a nice day!🕊👋🙂

@@marcius7308 thank you for writing your thoughts and questions and your perspective. I guess all lives are unique. Mine and yours. That’s what I think life is special. Each one has a something similar but have nuances in the life stories. The morning routine video is simple but vital. The flowers, candles, rituals, etc. Symbolically, it’s the feeling of home. Especially for me where I’ve moved more than 30 times in my life in 3 different continents. Each move required new adjustments and structure to settle down in a place to feel home. Routines are one of them that I create, a system to feel at home, inside and out. Building these habits take time especially in a new place and at my age and it transform a person. It’s hard to plant old trees. Mostly they wilt and die. I refuse to be like that. USA is my third continent to live in. Each country has its own culture and practices not to mention languages. Languages create new souls. It’s hard to manage 3 souls and all three needs to feel at home.🏡🕊️

@@meetarlesa Hello, my dear friend, Arlesa! (I was at work today, so I couldn't answer you right away.) However, I read your long and interesting, kind comment. Thank you very much for writing to me so much! It's surprising how talkative you were! I read you with pleasure and interest. I don't know who you are, but I'm interested! I am very surprised how many places you have lived, how many places have you lived? Why didn't you tear down your home? Why did so many strangers move to other places? can i know I'm surprised how nice you are to everyone! Kind and open, and loving, spiritual person! In the past, I also read a lot and thought and rejoiced or cried about things in the world. I philosophized a lot about the meaning of life. Someone said that there is something wrong with me, that I think about these things a lot. Life should be lived, they said, and you shouldn't think as much as I do. I was ashamed of myself and more, I didn't tell other people what my world-changing thoughts were. I didn't dare to cry anymore and express my feelings to others, because they would think I was weak and maybe they would laugh at me. And now I think that you are also a thinking person .. And I am happy with this meeting.
