Winter Storm Damage: Beginning Cleanup of Downed Trees, Plus Chain Catcher Replacement- Stihl MS261C

2 ай бұрынIn early April we had a significant winter storm come through and drop 18 inches of heavy wet snow. The weight of the snow combined with the wind took down a number of trees on the property - particularly red maple and white pine. In this video, the cleanup process begins by cutting up some red maple for firewood.

It’s actually the MS261c pro saw, that’s just the 18 inch bar they had in stock at the time. Same bar, different paint. My grandfather got the hardware organizers back in the ‘70s or ‘80s. No idea where or what you would find today. I believe it came as a complete kit of bolts, nuts and washers, with labels. They’re stackable and moveable - each individual bin. Pretty nice.
