Winter Lentil Soup
Ingredients
• Whole masoor dal 1/2 cup
• Potato 1/2, chopped
• Carrot 1, chopped
• Chicken cube 1
• Ginger paste1/2 tsp
• Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder to taste
Spicy Soy Sauce Chicken in Air Fryer
Ingredients
• Chicken breast 6
• Garlic cloves 7-8
• Ginger 2 inch
• Green chilies 3-4
• Fresh coriander handful
• Lemon juice of 2 lemons
• Oyster sauce 2 tbsp (optional)
• Soy sauce 6 tbsp (add 8 tbsp of soy sauce if you don’t have oyster sauce)
• Ketchup 6 tbsp
• Paprika powder 2 tbsp
• Chili flakes to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• Salt to taste
• Oil 3 tbsp
Bake the chicken at 195°C for 10 minutes on one side, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes at 195°C. Then flip again and apply the leftover marinade and bake for 3-5 minutes, depending on the need to make the chicken a little brown on the top.

My son is 7 years old. We always speak urdu at home but when for the last 2 years he has been speaking English only. But our speech therapist of the younger one suggested that we speak urdu at home so that both kids learn their language,traditions and culture. Kids are very sharp these days. Here in Europe kids speak 2,3 languages at a time. So my advice is to encourage mishi to apeak in urdu. He will become confident. We are trying with our son. We Don't answer him unless he speak in urdu. Alhamdulilah in 2 weeks he is becoming confident and even understands punjabi and laerning italian at school. I wish he learns other languages as well such as arabic

Hi Naush! I have been a regular subscriber & whenever you talk about something that is relatable, I feel like sharing my thoughts too. I have never spoken in Urdu my entire childhood, but now I do, I have nephews who understand Urdu a little bit, but they never talk in that language. The idea of being impressed by certain nationalities never came into my family's mind. We often got to listen that we have an inferiority complex that talking in just English would make us better.
