Heidi Pansch I'm not...cows dont eat corn...soybeans. Crave bros use the cows as machines for their desired cheeses, sad. Guessing they're feeding us more than cheese. Is their fertilizer/pesticide/fungicide/herbicide runoff feeding the craw fish river?? Their nutritionists are Feds, faaaantastic, Americans have eaten their cow fed cows before...I'll pass. Bad coverage WF, not sure why you covered this farm...? You talk about the animal husbandry...how many antibiotics are being fed to their cheese machines? Power recycling from methane...its the least common denominator of manure use in factory farming, instead of keeping this going let's place our bets and dollars on the true stewards of Wisconsin's land and ecology. Sorry you had to eat that crap, Kyle.

Neat to see a purely mechanical cheese making process. However, this episode didn't produce an actual connecting story. It seemed very unobtainable for the average person. Unless you have a large factory farm, with large federal subsidies, most people can't afford to do this. I would much rather see artisan cheese making, versus factory cheese.
