Full Episode: In this episode of Wisconsin Foodie, Luke heads to Stevens Point to meet with the owners of Siren Shrub Co to try his hand at making Siren’s famous Door County Cherry Shrub. A shrub is a non alcoholic drink that incorporates apple cider vinegar, sugar and either a fruit, root or herb. Siren also works with local farms to create their shrub, Whitefeather Organics is one of those farms that supplies Siren with ingredients. Farmers,Tony and Laura Whitefeather, invite everyone out for a pizza night on the farm.
