It's interesting to try as it's a fairly common supplement. I'm going to find a really low dose at the local pharmacy & observe. It's also interesting that it can contribute to bone health. Having both osteoarthritis & osteoporosis, am going to add this daily. Thanks 🎉

Arthritis pain due to a lack of water, chronic dehydration. Drink close to a gallon of water and see for yourself.

I have 500mg of niacinamide in pill form. I cut them in half and took one half every 2 hours or so. It worked for me! After these pills are gone, I might get a lower dose so I can take 100 or 150 mg every 2 hours. Good to know I'm not hurting my body like NSAIDs or even Tylenol.

How about to take niacin when Im on blood thinner eliquis 2*5mg per day. And 25 mg metoprelol (against high bl pressure) once a day. Can I still take niacin ? My doctor knows nothing about this. Have no one else to ask.
