@@BlueTyphoon2017 Might as well have. Actually, most "witches" were convicted on less. If someone just accused someone of bewitching them, depending on the local social status, they would be instantly arrested. Their trials were far from fair, and lasted only a few minutes. In order not to die, some decided to confess to being witches, but obviously they weren't(sometimes they would be killed anyway). I don't know of any specific cases where number guessing itself was used to accuse someone of witchcraft, but things like paganism and social hierarchy played a large role in conviction. This is all based on the Salem Witch trials though, which is American. European witchcraft is different, but probably similar.

CMH Just take a gander at BBC One and Two right now mate. It’s nothing but Political Correctness, Matriarchal Supremacy and Anti-White Male Propaganda when it comes to Modern UK Media today. They nearly forced a black woman to be 007 for almighty’s sake! Some people might think I’m a sexist pig for that, but I’m just pointing out something that’s obviously forced pandering. Anyway, my point is, lots of today’s kids can’t look back at a movie like The Holy Grail or Life of Brian without squeaming because of “Cultural Appropriation”, “Outdated World Views” and “Offensive Patriarchal Stereotypes”. I mean for god’s sake, you’ll get a fine for offending somebody over Facebook (it’s the law)! The UK has bigger problems than that Brexit fiasco, that much is obvious, but for equally obvious reasons, Monty Python can’t exist today because hate speech can be classified as anything that’s not a joke about privileged white males according to a few frail and overly-spoiled college graduates and their over-protective mothers. I apologise in advance for whomever had the discretion to read this (and it hit them home hard) but I hate when we’re starting to repeat the same exact mistakes we did back then. To quote Mel Brooks: “The only way to truly win against a Nazi today is to laugh with/at them, the further we demonise, shout and throw stuff at them, the more we become like the very thing we hated (a racist). They’ll just end up thinking they were right all along by that point, and split us apart in half until a new war over dumb ideals starts.” But that’s my opinion, sue me if I’m wrong...
