Thanks for this vid, I have learned a lot more about the v912. I noticed you have the same dings in the tail bar that mine have from the balance bar banging it, seems to be a common thing with this model.

Best to cut plastic D shaped piece over motor off. It lets it get more air. Also cut w/a Dremel, the metal off both sides of the motor.Makes more room for heat fins. More fins, better cooling. Don't cover up motor holes. Change motors to MJX F45 motors. Both tail & main. They are better motors.

Great video, I have a quick question,I leveled the swashplate and it pulls hard to the left and backwards. I'm starting to get control of it by extending the little arms and tilting the swashplate forward and to the right it looks all crooked now but flying better. Is this normal or do I have problems somewhere else? Also I tried trimming it first but no way it was going to correct it that much.

After levelling my plate I no longer had forward movement. It seem like I had to be at 75% forward just to level it out. Thats with trim set full forward on the TX. Also the rod on the servo arm on the right side looking from the back of the heli os on the 2nd hole and the one on the ledt side os on the 3rd. I had to do this to make them more uniform and almost vertical. The way I got forward movement is, I had to lengthen both rods to make the front of the plate dip down. And set the trim on two dots back just to prevent it from floating. But now it floats to the right and I can trim it with the TX, but never really seems to hover like in the videos..... I plan on making a video of how I adjusted the plate and me flying the heli in the next few days if you dont mind taking a look at them. But I must say this heli with the plate the way it is can move quick. Ive had it at full speed forward and the nose almost points straight down. I have to have full throttle at 100% and forward at 100% and I swear this thing can fly close to 20mph. Sorry for the long message

Thanks great video. I have two of these. Finally got the hang of flying it. I practice with the small V911. So doe this have the original stock main motor or did you replace it? Also some owners of this model cut away the steel around the motor to install the heatsink. Is that what you did? I can't really tell.

That've not Changed and Main or Tail Motor in 4 months with the Heat Sink MOD.

I fixed my swash plate plate night it sitting straight. when I turn the helicopter on it goes into an angle again until I turn the transmitter on could this be a problem? also when.i take off it just wants to fly moving left any tips on trimming?

Really this video didnt help me at all and im really regretting buying rc helicopters. Seems like they're all junk unless you put even more money into them.
