Today, Angkor is one of the largest and most magnificent archaeological sites in the world but the cultural heritage of the ancient Khmer empire has become the target of large-scale art thefts, with military personnel involved. This documentary, filmed in Cambodia and Thailand, investigates the illegal trade in coveted Khmer artifacts and the steps being taken to try to stop it.

Angkor Wat is not the first Khmer origin culture,or civilization, it is a historical site where the Angkorian Empire flourished. The Khmer origin, Khmer culture Khmer civilization has been around here for a long time , Angkor, Nokor Kork Thlok, Sambor Prei Kuk, PhnomDah Dvaravati.area etc.❤ please siamese [thai] learn more about Khmer history.
