Who wins when the Wolf Predator from AVP Requiem faces off against all three YoungBloods from the first AVP.
In the Red corner, we have Wolf.
He was an aged veteran Elite Yautja who specialised in cleanup missions. In the movie Aliens vs Predator Requiem, he was tasked with removing all traces of a Xenomorph infestation after a Predator scout ship crashed. The outbreak was caused by a PredAlien,
which Wolf did battle with, but he was vaporised in a nuclear explosion when the town was destroyed by the US government.
Wolf had a variety of weapons including double Plasmacasters, a Combistick, WristBlades, a Whip made from a Xenomorph tail, Smart Disc, and Laser Mines.
His equipment consisted of a Biomask, Wrist Gauntlet with Powerpunch Glove and self destruct, Cloaking device, and a Blue liquid which would breakdown organic matter.
Strengths - As an Elite, Wolf was very experienced and efficient at combat, he was seen to take on multiple Xenomorph Warriors and the PredAlien in both armed and unarmed combat.
He was really strong and powerful, even by Yautja standards.
And very smart, cunning, tactical, and stealthy.
He was also equipped with a large variety of weapons and equipment, and manoeuvrable thanks to his light armour.
Weaknesses - He worked alone and has no backup, and was only lightly armoured.
And in the Blue Corner, we have the Youngblood trio.
Consisting of Scar, Celtic, and Chopper, they were a group of brothers from the Isolated clan.
They took part in the “Blooding” ritual in an ancient pyramid in Antarctica. This was a coming of age test of their hunting skills to see if they could survive battling Xenomorphs.
If successful, they would mark themselves, and their mask with the blood of their first Xenomorph kill. Doing so and making it back out alive would promote them from Youngblood to Blooded, becoming full adult members of their clan. They would also earn the Plasmacaster weapon.
Only Scar managed to mark himself, but was killed by the Queen when he reached the surface.
The Youngbloods wore full body armour, and were equipped with Wristblades, Combisticks, Net Launcher, Ceremonial Daggers, Smart Discs, Scimitars, Ceremonial Spears, Biomasks, Wrist Gauntlets, Self-Destruct, Cloaking Device, and Razor Wire.
Only Scar acquired a Plasmacaster, but was not equipped with it from the start.
Strengths- The Youngbloods have numbers on their side, outnumbering Wolf three to one.
They wear more armour, and also have lots of weapons.
Weaknesses- The brothers are not as strong or manoeuvrable as their opponent here, and are far less experienced.
Wolf faces the Youngbloods, he is alone against all three, and will have to utilise every bit of his experience and cunning if he’s to survive.
The Youngbloods are confident, as they outnumber their opponent, but also cautious, they all know what it takes to become an Elite, and even alone, just one of them is a very deadly opponent.
Their leader steps forward and roars to intimidate the Wolf, and put him on the defensive.
The Elite is not scared of any individual Youngblood, but with three working together, he could get overwhelmed if he’s not careful. He knows he’ll have to wait for them to make the first move.
Celtic Fires a Net at Wolf, but he shoots it mid-air with a Plasmacaster shot and destroys it.
The Youngblood leader then pulls out a Combistick, but Wolf grabs his whip and uses it to yank the weapon from his hand.
Celtic orders Scar and Chopper to spread out sideways and surround him, Wolf now has enemies at his 9, 12, and 3 o’clocks.
Chopper throws one of his Spears and it lands in Wolf’s torso, it injures him, but only slightly, and he pulls it out.
Wolf aims his two Plasmacasters at Scar and Chopper and fires a plasma shot, forcing them to dive out of the way.
He then wraps his whip around Celtic’s foot and makes him fall back, then runs over to him and starts attacking with his fists and Wristblades, he gets a few good hits in, but Celtic kicks him off and Wolf lands on the floor a few meters away.
Wolf gets back to his feet and continues the attack, he gets on top again, but Chopper comes from the side and kicks him off of his leader.
When he lands, Scar is on the other side and slashes with his wristblades and scratches him.
He throws Scar off his feet, and throws a smartdisc at Chopper, who blocks it with his Scimitar Blades.
Celtic approaches and attacks with his blades and gets another hit on the Elite.
Wolf grabs hold of both Celtic and Chopper, but then Scar comes from behind and hits him, sending him flying away.
Just as he gets back up, Wolf places a LaserMine on the floor behind himself without them seeing, and roars at them
