I went with standard cover, was tempted to try to switch to gambit and wolverine cover. However I felt like history was more important. It's super impressive how much infromation that you remember from the story. Thank you for awesome video!

The introduction of elektra in these pages got me into reading daredevil so I’ll always love this era. They released a two part elektra megazine which collected millers daredevil but mostly the elektra parts. It got me hooked on both characters

I watched this thinking that this will be my final Wolverine omni, with the Kubert cover of course! But who am I kidding? V6 will have No-nose Wolverine? I'm in for that one as well! And then I'll say v6 will be my final but Omar will be so excited about something in v7 that I'll probably get that too!

Awesome overview and I'll be picking this up, but I must confess that a small piece of my soul is gone (if I had a soul, that is) knowing that we aren't getting the Hildebrandt's awesome painted cover for issue 90 SOMEWHERE on this book, be it a variant cover, back cover, interior cover, indicia page or anything like that. I'd even take the interior of the dust jacket. 😰

sick, just discovered your channel and am loving it. I had bought a few graphic novels over the years and had 0 idea these Omnibus prints existed.... This is exactly how I'd like to collect/read these stories. Just ordered Jonathan Hickman's Avengers Omnibus vol 1-2, Jonathan Hickman's Fantastic Four Vol 1 and House of M Omnibus by Bendis and Brian Michael. I definitely want to read Jonathan's whole run so slowly working on that but I looove me some wolverine so hope they do a reprint of Vol.1 of this video series. One question, can you do a video recommending Omnibus reading order for Jonathan Hickman's Avengers and X-men runs as his writing order can be confusing lol. Or do the Omnibus's do a good job of handling this already?

Welcome to the club! You picked a good way to collect them. Just beware, once you start you won't be able to stop. I got into these about seven years ago and thought I would get one or two. Here I am 300+ omis later still waiting on Omar notifications. Lol! It's totally worth it. No regrets.

It's wild that we're finally here considering how this title was essentially dead and buried for more than a decade after Vol. 1. I am so happy David and team decided to resurrect it. And a big, big thank you to you, Omar! I cannot wait to get my hands on this! And the spines on the DMs are weirdly not great...

Wolverine/Gambit mini-series Victims #1-4.. Unfortunately that mini-series they add in Road To Onslaught Omnibus to make more pages and rebrand as VOL.1.. I really don't know why they add this in Road to Onslaught Omnibus?? Make more pages??

Start from vol. 3 The Wolverine series that is worth having (Larry Hama) starts there. Vol 1 and 2 are good but they are kinda separate and more linked to the early Claremont era. You can also get Weapon X separately as well.

Not sure if just mine or if everyones copy is the same, but a lot of the art in this volume looks washed out, is that due to the 90s art not being easy to scan? I have heard that with some books before. The first half of this omni looks like it's been sat in the sun for a while, most of the 2nd half looks fine. Just wondering if that's just how it is or have I got a badly printed copy

Feral Wolvie starts after issue 100, which is the very end of this omni, so this is a great one to pick up. I'm not a fan of feral Wolvie, either, so this will be my last Wolvie Omni.

I've just realized that in the Phalanx Covenant Wolverine issue Cyclops is not who I've always thought he was. Under that Ruby Quartz Visor there's no Scott Summers... Look at that face expression... That's Elon Musk
