EXACTLY! It's bad enough the list of metals that can damage Adamantium is growing (Dargonite, Uru, Antarctic Vibranium, Adamantium hybrids), but giving EVERYONE access to the alloy devalues its potency.

Think about how many bodies Wolverine left lying around during the Krakoan Era. Each one of them had enough Adamantium to coat his entire skeleton, through reality warping/transmutation. This could be a fun, if not sadistic, way to explain where all those bodies went.

@@gloriouslumi Krakoa was only gifted a small amount of Adamantium to use as an emergency. So logan for a while was getting nanometer coating up until the resurrection process started generating adamantium out of nowhere. Theres no way to reforge adamantium once its hardened though. So even though Orchid has like 40 adamantium skeletons in a jar, they can't do anything with them. And Logan said Forge was the one who built it. So the armor is likely also nanometer thick coating, mostly because the Adamantium if it was an actual layer would be poisoning logan pretty significantly just by the act of wearing it. If the coating was nanometer thick, the toxic element of adamantium would be significantly less, while also retaining its durability.

Origins it just was a terrible movie.... Sabertooth set him up. Destroyed his ass killed all of the players. Even showed how skilled he was by predicting wraith's teleportation pattern

GR doesn't need him to feel guilty to incinerate him. Hellfire would take care of the healing factor, as the Penance Stare isn't his only weapon, by far. Sabretooth is just a few levels lower than GR in the grand scheme of things.

No hate. Not trolling. Someone school me. Wolverine is buff because of adamantium laced bones. He's always lifting weights. Wouldn't full armor be WAY to heavy for him? It's not just laced, reinforced bones. It's a full damn suit. Wouldn't this just be a pretty coffin?

He’s not as strong as the Hulk or even a spider-man but he has some degree of super human strength..much stronger than a normal human in any event. Moving around in armor shouldn’t be an issue.

The average human struggles to cut a block of cheese with a sharp knife. No matter how sharp and indestructible adamantium is, you'd still need more than a regular lifting routine to cut through other metals with it the way Shortstuff does. He clearly has a degree of super-strength.

Hey Rob, just an FYI: Sometimes comic companies will bring in characters we haven't seen in a while to retain the rights to them. So that's why you have weird characters showing up at weird times. It's part of a legal thing so they can hang onto rights. This isn't true for every character, but some have complex ownership issues.

How is Wolverine moving about with another 100 lbs. of metal added to his 5' 3" frame, after getting the crap kicked out of him and partially lobotomized with no powers (popping his claws would bleed him out)? Past depowering arcs for Wolverine show he doesn't initially adapt well to combat minus his healing factor. In fact, this battle royale of Sabretooth v Wolverine with no healing factor, played out right before Logan was encased within adamantium. Wolverine was NO CHALLENGE and that was a Sabretooth in a business suit with a Muramasa blade. Now he's a berserker with adamantium. Sabretooth didn't want to kill a depowered Wolverine then, but he wants to end him permanently now?? That math isn't adding up there or with this arc being 10 issues. Five should have been the max; four, like Wolverine v Predator, would have been sweet. This arc was drawn out like the Dragon Ball Super Tournament of Power (LOL).

Pretty sure when all is said and done the armor will end up killing Logan. Cause now hes surrounded by Adamantium thats brushing up against Open wounds. it'll probably be functionally similar to the Hellbat, but only insofar as the armor is indestructible, but its extremely toxic to the point where it'll cook logan.

@comicsexplained, A correction Rob. Around the 10:20~10:40 mark, you mentioned Weapon X gave Wolverine his Healing Factor. That's wrong, man; Sabretooth and Wolverine have always had their healing factor way before they joined Weapon X; that was part of their mutations. Weapon X replicated that Healing Factor and gave it to some of their other agents (Deadpool comes to mind immediately).

Back in my day, adamantium was super rare, and so hard to work with that no one could really do much with it. Over the years, with Marvel power creep, even Aunt May probably has a closet full of adamantium. That said, this is just a terrible idea. Wolverine's already 300 lbs because of just an adamantium-laced skeleton. A full suit of armor would probably make him like 800+ lbs, slowing him down tremendously.

Funny thing is… I went through the entire playlist and I'm absolutely bummed that they FORGOT Gwenpool in this whole "Fall of Krakoa" arc. Makes sense from a writer's perspective, since her powers pretty much give her the ability to manipulate the plot itself and if she was there, there would be no story, but seriously… she RETCONNED herself to be a mutant! She LIVED on Krakoa! She is on-par with Omegas, if not an Omega or beyond herself! It's sad that they just shelved her entirely because they have no idea what to do with her…

They need to give wolverine a true upgrade for once like give him hot claws when he goes into rage instead of them doing it with his healing factor next allow him to heal faster and not feel pain when he heals i think those few upgrades for wolverine would be amazing and lastly have is adamantium bonded right so you cant use the poision aspect of it now those small tweaks would be amazing for wolverine in my opinion.

Doug could’ve made this death seed like the Sinning tree from yu yu hakusho. As kurama planet would’ve destroyed sabertooth!!!! Literally as it traps it victims in a hallucination, making them believe their do it. While it sucks their life-force continuously. Oh if only!!! Respectfully (as a fan) A plot device or plot mechanism is any technique in a narrative used to move the plot forward. A clichéd plot device may annoy the reader and a contrived or arbitrary device may confuse the reader, causing a loss of the suspension of disbelief. A subplot, or 2nd storyline is not a plot device.

Because Resurrection Protocols made life cheap, and the only way to make an already OP character more OP is to make them functionally immortal. It was time to knock Logan down a peg or two. He will need to reactivate his healing soon, or the Adamantium will kill him.
